Catherine Bray is a Life Coach and ADHD Coach who helps individuals move from fear and anxiety to relaxation and happiness
Prior to establishing her coaching business Catherine spent 5 years studying at and graduating from both Coach U and the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). Catherine is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO) and ADDA. She is currently the President of the Association of Professional ADHD Coaches (PAAC)
Ms. Bray offers a wide range of services from one-on-one coaching to motivational seminars and ADHD information sessions. Catherine works with her clients primarily on Zoom and phone but is happy to meet in person.
After successful careers in training facilitation, advertising and parenting, Catherine now coaches other people to achieve the same success.
Catherine specializes in coaching individuals who are asking themselves questions like “Is that all there is?”, “What is my purpose in life?” or “What strategies can I use to tame the chaos in our lives?”
Catherine is no stranger to facing life’s big questions. Whether it’s parenting a special needs child, dealing with a loved one’s life altering disease, struggling through a difficult work situation, balancing life and career, keeping a marriage healthy and well after 30 years or re-inventing yourself at 50, Catherine’s done it all. Catherine Is an ADDer who lives with her non-ADHD husband and two daughters, her wildly ADHD son (ADHD, ODD, Learning Disabilities etc.), two dogs: a tiny Sheepoo and our 130 pound Newfoundland Minnie, two cats who don’t get along and a needy turtle with an attitude.
